FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: novelty is that voltage across inverter output is shaped in resonance-tuned circuit due to changing over inverter transistors according to desired algorithm provided by minimal possible symmetrical cycles of pulses generated across output of master oscillator and triggering inverter transistors; master oscillator is excited on command of triggering signal with delay within which triggering signal must be continuous; pulse shaping across master oscillator output is stopped on cut-off signal command arriving at end-of-current-pulse cycle moment at master oscillator output. Mentioned result is attained due to the fact that, compared to known device for output voltage regulation, this one is provided, in addition, with trigger unit and clock generator, its inverter uses resonance-tuned circuit, and master oscillator outputs are connected to power amplifier control inputs, master oscillator control input is connected to output of trigger unit connected through its control input to control circuit output; master oscillator and trigger unit synchronizing inputs are connected to clock generator outputs. EFFECT: improved output voltage stability and reliability due to improved noise immunity. 2 cl, 2 dwg
