FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: DC-to-DC voltage changer is provided with newly introduced integration gate, multiple-input current-mode gate, two additional reactors, two series RC circuits, and two additional diodes; each semiconductor switch member is built up of series-connected thyristor cells whose control inputs are integrated with control input of semiconductor switch member.
