METHOD OF NARCOTIC DEPENDENCE TREATMENT Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, narcology. SUBSTANCE: treatment of patient with narcotic dependence involves preliminary conversation, abstinence period with respect to narcotic agent, grouped and individual psychotherapy. At the first stage of grouped psychotherapy patient is convinced recovery possibility and increase motivation for treatment using methods of rational and emotional-stress psychotherapy. Method involves also appearance of realization in patient to destroy pathological program in its sense with respect to narcotic agent intake. At the second stage patient is introduced in autogenic submersion state in combination with verbal suggestive action by multiple suggestion formula, voice accenting using key verbs suggestion formula with sharp sound impact. At the stage of individual psychotherapy patient is introduced to the state of autogenic submersion and bioenergetic heat contact is made; then patient is introduced into trans state by sudden sharp patient head claw and hand fingers applying on superciliary archs and patient head scope at temples level with other fingers followed by rigid head shaking at simultaneous suggestion formula pronouncing. After 3-5 s pause rigid patient head shaking is repeated at increased amplitude at simultaneous deliverance date from narcotic dependence pronouncing. Method can be used for treatment of patients with alcoholic, nicotinic and narcotic dependence. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of method.
