SECTION OF BAROMEMBRANE MODULES Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

Abstract RU 2079348 C1

FIELD: natural waters and sewage demineralization and desalination, sections of modules are used in inversely osmotic aggregates. SUBSTANCE: aim is to decrease dimensions of section, metal and labour consumption during its production. Aim is realized due to the fact, that in section of baromembrane modules made of several tubular modules, axes of which are located in parallel in single plane, connection of modules to each other by ways of initial water feeding, permeate and concentrate removal is exercised through holes in modules walls and space between axes of connected modules is less than diameter of modules bodies at point of their connection. In the case separate modules or groups of modules, as a version, are connected to each other in series, in parallel or in series-parallel. In case of in series connection of modules in direction of treated water feeding way concentrate way of previous modules through holes in their bodies is connected with treated water feeding way into following modules on one side of baromembrane modules. Modules are equipped with stops hindering insertion of baromembrane filtering members made, for example, as filtering rolls, into modules opposite to direction of treated water flow, and ensuring their insertion only in direction of treated water flow. Stop is located in body at module butt on concentrate outlet side. It is mounted in module body groove eccentrically and is capable to turn. In the case in idle state long arm of stop id turned inside module across inner cavity of body and short arm is protruding over outer side of module body. EFFECT: decreased dimensions of section, metal and labour consumption. 4 cl, 5 dwg
