FIELD: production of pavement materials. SUBSTANCE: blend contains: 5.0-7.5% of bitumen; 3.8-13% of product obtained in pyrolysis of noncompostable household waste and consisting of 7-25 wt % of organics and 75-93 wt % of ashes with specific surface 11500-13500 sq.cm/g; and mineral filler. Use of pyrolysis product increases shear strength of blend at 50 C to 2.6 MPa (against 1.5 MPa), tensile strength at 0 C to 2.0 MPa (against 1.25 MPa), and crack resistance index to 8.0x10-4 (against 4.5x10-4).
