FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention concerns building mortars and concretes for manufacturing parts of light-weight concrete and high-density concrete and for poured-in-place concrete building. Objective consists in increasing strength and waterproofness of concrete at high self-stress energy, widening process capabilities, and simplifying production of concrete mix. Dry concrete mix contains (in wt %): Portland cement, 10-25; filler, 50-80; and expansion additive, 10-25. The latter contains, wt.-%: volcanic rock, 40-60; gypsum, 18-28; dolomite, 2-7; plastisizer, 1-3; microsilica, the balance. EFFECT: improved performance characteristics. 1 tbl
