FIELD: production of composite materials. SUBSTANCE: desired resins are prepared by interaction of organosilicium resin having common formula { [(CH3)3SiOH2] b{ SiO2] } where b= 0.5-1 (molecular weight of said resin is 1000-4000) with disiloxane having common formula RSi(GH3)2OSi(CH3)2R and with cyclosiloxane having common formula [RCH3SiO]4, [RCH3SiO]3, where R is CH3, CH2= CH, C6H5, Cf3, C2H4, H. The process is carried out at 60-90 C in the presence of acid catalyst. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 1 tbl
