FIELD: virology. SUBSTANCE: method involves irradiation of Ebol virus at the following wavelengths: 516.7; 517.2 and 518.2 nm for 40-60 min. Irradiation damages nucleic acids that decreases virus activity significantly. EFFECT: improved method of virus inactivation.
