SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and is intended for treatment of a HIV-infected and patients with AIDS. A transcutaneous irradiation with impulsive light on a projection of lymph nodes and-or an osteal brain simultaneously with the group of lengths of waves: 516.7, 517.2, 518.2, 636.2 and group of lengths of waves 874.0; 732.6; 403.0 nanometres and-or group of lengths of waves 396.8; 393.3 nanometres is performed. Frequency of the following impulses makes 1-10 Hz, power of an irradiation in limits from 50 to 1000 W.
EFFECT: depression of a virus load and rising of quantity of cells of CDs-4-lymphocytes, not causing collateral toxic effects.
