FIELD: room heating. SUBSTANCE: electrically heated boiler has transformer 1, pipelines 6, 7, header 5, primary winding 3 and secondary one, crossover leg 8. Secondary winding is made of electricity conducting rods 4 and U-shaped header 5 with turning 9. Crossover leg 8 installed between pipelines 6 and 7 is hollow. Small amount of water passing through the boiler reduces salt deposition onto its inner surface that allows one to transmit energy to the liquid medium, and do not increase temperature of rods 4 and header 5, and eliminate overheating the primary winding 3.
