FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for heating water and generating steam, namely to devices for converting electrical energy into thermal energy, and also for creating heat exchange. It can be used for heating liquids, for example, in heating and hot water supply systems for industrial and residential buildings, as well as in other areas where heating and evaporation of fluids is required. Invention can also be used to heat water and other fluids in systems with natural and forced circulation of the heated medium in both industrial and domestic environments. Task is to create a device that would increase the generation of thermal energy per unit time to heat the water and convert it into steam. Essence of the claimed invention is that in a device for heating water and generating steam, including an electrical transformer, having a magnetic core in the form of metal cores designed to create a closed magnetic field in them, primary windings located on the cores of the cores and electrically isolated from them, a tubular secondary winding located in a magnetic field in an isolated manner, electrical bridges of the surfaces of the common secondary tubular winding in a plane parallel to its axis, as well as means for forcing liquid through the interior of the secondary tubular winding, secondary tubular winding is made (according to fig. 2) in plan with S-shaped sections, arranged in parallel with each other elements of which in the middle part are pressed together to each other by a bracketed bridge, wherein the S-shaped portions enclose each column of metal cores made by twisted tape, and only at opposite ends of the device are combined in height in the gaps between the pipe sections by electric intertube bridges and overtube bridges, and in the middle part of the device, only by over-tube bridges with the formation of short-circuited turns, the transformer being at least three-phase.
EFFECT: possibility of a significant reduction in the energy of scattering of the magnetic flux, which made it possible to significantly increase the power factor cos ϕ.
