SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric heaters with submerged heating elements. In the device inside the housing there is a toroidal magnetic conductor having a primary winding and N2 – secondary single-turn, bimetallic, short-circuited windings, each of which contains an insert from nichrome, secondary windings form heat exchange ribs interacting with heat carrier, wherein mass m1 of primary winding, total mass m2 of secondary single-turn windings and mass of heat carrier interacting with heat exchange ribs are equal.

EFFECT: wider range of heat carrier heating devices.
