FIELD: ceramic capacitor manufacture. SUBSTANCE: material contains CaTiO3, BaO, Nd2O3, Bi2O3, ZnO, MnO and B2O3, TiO2; the method of its production consists in preparation of sinter; sinters BaNd2(1-x)Bi2xTi4O12 and CaTiO3 are prepared separately and preliminarily mixed with zink hydroborate with subsequent calcination at temperature of 750 to 800 C; after that they are mixed at a preset ratio to obtain the required temperature coefficient of capacitance, which is determined by the amount of additive of sinter CaTiO3 proceeding from relation (15X)10-61/C, where X-maximum fraction of sinter CaTiO3. EFFECT: reduced cost of capacitors; enhanced specific capacitance; enhanced adaptability to manufacture; possibility of adjustment of temperature coefficient of capacitance. 4 cl, 2 tbl
