FIELD: production of ceramic films. SUBSTANCE: dross comprises ceramic powder, polyvinylbutyral, ethyl and butyl alcohols, oligoetheracrylate or dibutylsebacinate and tetraethoxysilane or PES-5 polyethylsyloxane liquid in a required proportion of components. Dross-production method involves mixing polyvinylbutyral with ceramic powder, ethyl and butyl alcohols, oligoetheracrylate or dibutylsebacinate and tetraethoxysilane of PES-5 polyethylsyloxane liquid. Preliminarily, ceramic powder, depending on its specific area and weight, is mixed with 0.5-1% of introduced amount of polyvinylbutyral with relation to the amount of powder, with 45-50% of introduced amount of ethyl and butyl alcohols and with the entire amount of other dross components. After homogenization of suspension, the remaining amounts of polyvinylbutyral and alcohols are introduced and again mixed to homogeneity at 50-70 C. The total amount of polyvinylbutyral is calculated depending on the values of specific areas and weight of ceramic powder and is 5-10.5% of the introduced powder. EFFECT: higher yield of sound product, improved physicomechanical properties of dross, films and products, and easier removal of plastic films thinner than 25 microns from technological backing. 2 cl, 3 tbl
