SUBSTANCE: semiconductor ceramic material obtained by sintering of crystalline powder of BaTiO3, synthesized from BaCO3 of "pure" qualification and TiO2 of "pure" qualification for analysis, and glass powder contains B2O3 and BaO, and BaO. Glass additionally contains P2O5 and WO3 at the following ratio of components, mas. %: B2O3, 8.1-9.7; BaO, 32.7-33.8; P2O5, 39.2-48.0; WO5, 8.5-20.0. Semiconductor material contains, mas. %: crystalline powder of BaTiO3, 91.7-97.5; glass powder, 2.5-8.3; and WO3, 0.5 to 0.7. EFFECT: reduced cost of material. 1 tbl
