FIELD: piezoceramic materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to charge for preparing piezoceramic material that exhibits low tangent angle of dielectric losses tgδ, small mechanical quality factor Qm (16), low value of acoustic impedance Z ((10-16) x 106 kg/m2s) and retains high values of electromechanical connection coefficient for thickness mode of oscillation Kt (0.51-0.58) and longitudinal piezoelectric modulus d33 (585 x 10-12 nC). Charge comprises lead, strontium, barium, zirconium, titanium, bismuth, nickel, tungsten oxides and ammonium oxalate monohydrate in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: PbO, 51.00-55.00; SrO, 2.70-2.90; BaO, 1.60-1.70; ZrO2, 17.90-19.00; TiO2, 9.40-10.00; Bi2O3, 1.20-1.35; Ni2O3, 0.10-0.15; WO3, 0.37-0.45, and (NH4)2C2O4 x H2O, 8.50-17.00. Applying the invention is effective in the development of high-frequency transmitter-receiving devices of medicinal ultrasonic technique. Invention provides reducing tangent angle of dielectric losses, mechanical quality factor and value of acoustic impedance.
