SUBSTANCE: pulse modulator has power supply, switching transistors, diodes, storage capacitors, and load; in addition, it is provided with resistors, capacitors, transistors, and diodes. Newly introduced components and their connections provide for implementing solid-state high-voltage pulse modulator which greatly reduces its mass and size and presents many other advantages.
