FIELD: rectifiers with alternating 220 V source voltage. SUBSTANCE: device has staged voltage scaling circuit, which has diode-capacitor gates. capacitors are connected in series, they are charged when positive value of sine of alternating voltage is maximal in wires 5, 7. These capacitors are discharged to power supply inputs of power pulse circuit when alternating voltage sine is negative. additional transistor provides possibility to decrease power required for control of output transistor. this also decreases power dissipated by this transistor.
