FIELD: oil storage. SUBSTANCE: installation has absorber 1 with intake pipeline 2, container for exhausted absorbent, heat exchanger 4, cooling machine 5 with heat exchanger 6, desorber 7, pump 8, container for regenerated absorbent, pump 10, additional heat exchanger 11 bound with closed pipeline 12 with mounted pump 13 and container 9, hydrocarbon oxidation catalyst unit 14, reabsorber 15 with pipeline 16 connecting upper part of desorber 7 with lower part of reabsorber 15 and pipeline 17 connecting, in turn, upper part of reabsorber 15 with intake gas duct 2. Reabsorber 15 has in its upper part admission pipeline 18 and in its lower part evacuation pipeline 19 with mounted on them pumps 20, 21 and liquid meters 22, 23, respectively. Besides, additional heat exchanger 11 is provided on its outlet with spreading candle 24, and container 9 is equipped with built-in coil 25 for heating absorbent with vapor and coil 26 placed on pipeline 12.
