SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil processing industry, namely to apparatuses and equipment for recovery processes of collection and return of vapours of hydrocarbons for their reuse during filling and emptying of hydrocarbons in reservoirs on oil and gas industry. Technical result is ensured by the fact that hydrocarbon vapors recovery plant, according to the invention, contains vertical column with located inside them replaceable cartridges, inlet and outlet pipes with shutoff valves, the pump are installed on inlet branch pipe with pressure gauge, at the outlet branch pipe are compound gauge, sensor of allowable concentration and a fan to create vacuum, replaceable cartridges are made in the form of cylinder consisting of outer and inner shells outer shell is a protective jacket and acts as conducting pipeline, and the inner shell is made up of perforated cylinder filled with adsorbent, between inner and outer shells are installed connecting web with calibrated holes, and on the inlet and outlet of replaceable cartridge are sealed gates.

EFFECT: high efficiency of trapping hydrocarbons from steam-air mix, increase of power plant without interruption of the main production cycle, reduced time of replacement of adsorbent, minimized dimensions and simplified design.
