FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the oil industry in oil processing, petroleum products and other volatile hydrocarbon liquids distribution, storage and transportation, namely for the volatile solvents vapors from gases multi-stage extraction. Light hydrocarbon fractions trapping modular-complete absorption unit, including absorber, absorbent tank, refrigeration unit, heat exchangers, additional heat exchanger, pumps, connecting pipelines, final cleaning unit and automation means. All elements are assembled into the separate modules. On the light fractions receiving pipeline ventilator with pressure sensor and the electric drive speed control is installed for supply through the installed on the absorber outlet line additional recuperative heat exchanger to the condensation and absorption unit consisting of heat exchanger-condenser, cooling the light fractions vapors down to 0…+5 °C and communicated to the horizontal absorbent tank, vertical absorber, rigidly connected and communicated to the horizontal absorbent tank configured to supply the absorbent for cooling down to -20…-42°C through the cooling and heating unit heat exchanger. Cooling and heating unit is made in the form of refrigeration plant with the power step change and the ability to operate in the “cooling” mode and in the “warming” mode. Final cleaning unit is made in the form of an absorber configured to remove cleaned of the vapors gas-air mixture from the installation and the trapped light fraction vapors direction to the additional heat exchanger input.
EFFECT: proposed light hydrocarbon fractions trapping modular-complete absorption unit allows to simplify the overall design by using the vertical absorber made in conjunction with the horizontal absorbent tank, save energy by using the exhaust air coldness to cool the vapors and reduce the necessary for thermal insulation area, as well as use of the refrigeration plant warm refrigerant flow for the installation heat exchanger warming, at that, increasing the trapped vapors due to the absence of their afterburning and simplifying the maintenance by using the installation structural elements modular arrangement system.
