FIELD: vapor-gas treatment. SUBSTANCE: method may be applied to produce pigments, fillers, indicators, active ceramic masses, and other materials. Invention consists in that disperse material is treated in fluidized bed by way of blowing of gas-carrier and vapor (gas) of reagent followed by removal of nonreacted reagent and formed gaseous products in gas-carrier current. Fluidized bed is created by imposing vibration energy in resonance mode on gas being evacuated. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process.
