FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: mixer has drum with a bus on the outer side, vanes, cover, and drive handle coupled with the drum through an axle. One of the ends of the axle is set in the rotation support of the drum. The other end of the axle of the drum rotation is pivotally connected to the drive handle. The rotation support is arranged eccentrically with respect to the axis of rotation of the drum, inclined to it and is connected with the drive handle through a bushing provided with a dummy groove, with the rotation axle of the drum through a shackle, and the jaw of the drive handle. The handle of the drive enters the axle of the shackle of the vertical rotation support for permitting a contact of jaw of the drive handle with the end face of the groove on the bushing. The vertical rotation support is connected with an arrester through a bearing. The drum may be provided with rubberized rollers and [ - shaped support.
