FIELD: production of ozone. SUBSTANCE: ozonizing plant has compressor, cooler, device for deep drying of air, air filter, contact apparatus, deaerator, device to produce ozone manufactured in the form of ozonizing elements located in common case. Each element includes tubular high- voltage electrode and tubular low-voltage electrode installed in it coaxially with dielectric barrier separating them. Barrier is deposited on outer surface of high-voltage electrode. Cooler incorporates tubular counter-current heat exchanger with inlet of atmospheric air into intertube space through fan and air filter and with release of cooled and dried air from it through gas distributor having four outlets.
