SUBSTANCE: plant includes ozonizer with power supply device, working gas dehumidifying in it in the form of vessel for gas scrubbing filled with hydroscopic fluid, control valve, ejector and deaerator whose gas cavity is communicated through dehumidifying unit and ozonizer to ejector receiving chamber. Plant is also provided with bypass pipeline communicating deaerator gas cavity with receiving chamber of ejector on which control valve is installed.
