FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at acceleration of strengthening of iron-concrete parts manufactured in field condition at low temperatures and reduction in usage of salt additives. Method involves preparing antifreeze admixture, two-component salt solution, which is introduced into concrete mix when being prepared, whereupon mix is exposed to single electric discharge with specific energy at least 0.06 kJ/cu. dm and is put into form. Antifreeze admixture is used in amount 10-12% lower than its calculated amount. EFFECT: improved antifreeze behavior of building parts and reduced usage of salt components. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
