SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium has the following components, g/l: casein pancreatic hydrolyzate after 4-5 h hydrolysis 37-42; $$$ 0.3-0.5; $$$ 2.1-2.3; NaCl 0.1-0.2; $$$ 1.0-1.1; cystine 0.9-1.0; glucose 0.9-1.1; feed yeast extract 4.5-5.5. Indicated components (except for cystine, glucose and feed yeast extract) were added to solution of hydrolyzate and water, pH value is brought about 7.2-7.6, sterilized, cooled and sterile solutions of cystine, glucose and feed yeast extract were added. Nutrient medium provides increase yield of FI-antigen of plague microbe to titer 256 AE/ml for 27 h culturing by submerged method.
