FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: fluid-pressure actuator has pump, delivery and discharging hydraulic lines, actuating cylinder with above-piston and under-piston spaces and hollow rod in which a rod-piston is mounted to form a reverse space, hydraulic distributor whose one outlet is connected with the above-piston space of the actuating cylinder, hydraulic lock whose inlet is connected with the above- piston space of the actuating hydraulic cylinder and outlet is connected with the under-piston space, and controllable valve whose outlet is connected with the under-piston space of the actuating cylinder. The reverse space is in communication with the second inlet of the hydraulic distributor and control space of the hydraulic lock. The fluid-pressure actuator is provided with a throttle. The controllable valve is made up as two-position two-linear spring-loaded hydraulic controllable distributor whose outlet is connected with the discharging hydraulic line through the throttle.
