FIELD: nuclear physics, specifically inspection of nuclear reactors. SUBSTANCE: device is composed of two electrodes placed into vacuumed tube and fixed with one ends in insulator. Opposite end of tube houses source of light. Mirror is anchored on one of electrodes which reflects thin beam of light into window of photoelectric detector. Under electrostatic interaction of plates mirror moves and beam of light deviates. Flux of uncharged particles is determined by deviation of beam. EFFECT: simplified design and improved functional reliability. 1 dwg
