FIELD: polarization-optical systems and devices. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to linear polarizers of narrow parallel bundles of rays with small divergence, for example, emitted by gas lasers, more specifically to crystalline polarization monoprisms, polarizer presents tetrahedral monoprism with bases perpendicular to its faces made from single-axis crystal which optical axis is oriented in parallel to bases and at angle $$$ to parallel input and output faces forming right angles with third face. Fourth face is polished at obtuse angle 90 deg+$$$ to input face and arbitrary angles $$$ and $$$ are limited by boundaries 0 $$$ 0; 0 $$$, where d is width of input face, 1 is length of third face. Polarization monoprism can be manufactured from Iceland spar $$$ and calomel $$$. EFFECT: increased functional stability and precision. 8 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl
