FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: cooling apparatus has tank with ice water, plated cooler, cooling water circulation system and pump. Airduct for supplying atmospheric air is positioned within ice water tank. Airduct is provided with cover and has vertical part formed as thin-walled air channels extending through the whole volume of tank. Thin-walled channels are provided with ribs extending along their length and designed to produce flat portions of ice. Ice water tank has hermetically mounted cover with openings for receiving vertical portion of airduct. Cover prevents moisture from intensive evaporation from tank. Tank is designed to accumulate cold in the form of ice water and ice frozen on as a result of heat-exchange between warm water supplied into tank and atmospheric air flow circulating through air channels of airduct. Outlet branch pipe and fan are positioned in upper part of airduct to release warm air into atmosphere. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 2 dwg
