FIELD: milk industry. SUBSTANCE: milk cooling plant has vat for milk cooling jacket and cold accumulator with heat exchange unit. Heat exchange unit has vertically arranged stamped panel coils with channels for cooling water. Holes are made along center line of cooling water channels. Heat insulating plate with holes over perimeter is installed in lower part of cold accumulator. Lower part of cold accumulator communicates through pipeline with elevator with cooling jacket of milk van. Plant has refrigerating machine and additional cold accumulator. Evaporator of refrigerating machine is arranged in additional cold accumulator. Placed in lower part of additional cold accumulator is bubbler communicating through air duct with air blower which has connection to deliver warm water into heat exchange unit.
