FIELD: fish farming; may be used for breeding young fish of carp family. SUBSTANCE: method involves thorough grinding of all components: protein of microbe origin, fish meal, dry milk, methionine and complex of vitamins A, B, D, and their mixing with bindings, extruding, microencapsulating in solution of acetylphthalylcellulose. Novelty is in that before grinding, protein of microbe origin and fish meal are defatted with organic solvents, then in dough is added 50-100 g/kg of fish fat or vegetable oil or lipids of microbe origin, and outflow of xylite in amount of 1.5-2.5% of feed mass is used as a binding.
