FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fish industry. The method involves mixing animal and vegetal origin components, fat and a polyvitamin premix. Additionally, one introduces fish protein (hydrolysed with proteolytic ferments and containing polypeptides with molecular weight equal to 1000-1300 Da) in a amount of 7-10% of the feed weight. After mixing, the components are extruded at a temperature of 100-120°C and under a pressure of 7-15 MPa.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a fodder with a long storage life and a considerable time of disintegration in water.
