FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves first suturing removable thread to the wall of recipient artery at the place of anastomosis and passing it through lumen of donor artery in the interval of 1 cm coming out through linear wall cut. Then donor artery is sutured in an end-to-side mode around the removable thread which end is pulled out through the lumen of tube having cutting edge. The tube is introduced through the linear wall cut in the donor artery to bring the recipient artery wall and the cutting edge in engagement. The wall is cut around the removable thread to make anastomosis orifice. Piece of wall and tube are removed and linear cut on the donor artery is sutured. EFFECT: enhanced passability properties of anastomosis.
