FIELD: medicine, urology. SUBSTANCE: one should form vascular anastomoses of donor kidney with recipient's vessels, isolate vessels-free area of bladder's top, form two defects of muscular layer in it, connect defects with a tunnel in submucous layer, direct an ureter through the tunnel by withdrawing into supramuscular layer, direct a stent exceeding ureter's length by 4-7 cm through the ureter. One stent's end should be placed inside the bladder, neourethrocystoanastomosis is applied. Ureter's mucosa should be sutured with bladder's mucosa on the stent.
