FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has clamp strip 3 connected to clamp casing 4 by means of hinged lock 5 and arresting strip 8. Clamp casing 4 has clamp semi-bushings 9 and 10. Catching members 11 and radial grooves 12 with removable cassettes 13 have each its proper axle 16 two rows of clamp grooves 17 and pusher 18, rest casing 58 with supporting strip 59 and supporting semi-bushings 60 with sharp trunnions, having tails 62 and 63 and two rows of cells for bending clamp edges. Suturing gap adjustment member has two movably attached clamp semi-bushings 9 and 10, cartridge semi-rings 20 and 21 with curved grooves 24 for removable cartridges axles. Protruding pin 25 is produced on one of the cartridge semi-rings connected to cartridge strip 27 by means of tie rod 26 movably mounted in grooves of clamp casing 4 having wing nut 28 mounted on the opposite threaded end. Pushers drive is designed as two pushing semi-rings 22 and 23 provided with curvilinear grooves 24 for pushers axles and movably attached to clamp semi-bushings 9 and 10. Toothed protrusions are made on the external surface of semi-rings 22 and 23 and set so that engagement with teeth 31 of short shoulder of suturing lever 29 takes place. Lever 29 has internal complex shape recess for axle of cartridge strip 27 to be set and for coordinating cartridges and pushers motion. Thrust half 2 of the device is connected with clamp half 1 owing to lower axle of clamp casing 4 being engaged with slot located on free end of supporting casing 58, stems 62 and 63 of thrusting semi-bushings 60 with clamp semi-bushings 9 and 10 being engaged, and due to locking film 68 on supporting casing 58 movable and engageable with the upper axle fixed on clamp casing 4. Flat detachable spring 43 with rigidly fixed protrusion 44 bevelled at an angle of 30-45 deg is mounted on internal surface of clamp strip 3. Protrusion 44 is movable in corresponding opening 45 made in clamp casing 4. Lower portion of spring 43 is bent with several links formed and placed in penetrating slot 40. Straight portion of spring 43 is placed in T-shaped slot of clamp strip 3. Recess is produced in the lower edge of each cartridge-attached and pushing semi-ring for upper end of spring 43 to be placed in. Penetrating transverse groove 48 having L-shaped slide block 49 placed in it is produced in clamp casing 4 under cartridge strip 27 and is spring-loaded with flat spring 43 which opposite end is attached to clamp casing 4. Long shoulder of slide block 49 is movably mounted and is engageable with clamp strip 3. Groove for short shoulder of slide block 49 is produced on the lateral side of cartridge strip 27. Cartridge strip 27 has lateral projection 55 m with bent end disposed to enable its installation in zero scale state in the space between upper rib 56 and lower rib 57 of clamp strip 3 made as strip lock.
