FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has main casing with cassette box and handle, stop screw, nut with handles, cassette for keeping clamps, U-shaped clamps and arresting member. The main casing, cassette box and stop screw are L-shaped. The cassette box has springs for holding its initial position unchanged and movable pushers pushing the U-shaped clamps out from cassette when pressing cassette into the cassette box. Mechanical clamp suture is put-in in single stage by pressing the stop screw to the cassette box. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in putting-in linear multi-clamp sutures when performing endoscopic cavitary surgical interventions; accelerated treatment. 2 dwg
