FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hook-shaped rest casing 1 with dielectric 2 having main rows 5 of cells 3 for bending clamps 4. Each row is provided with at least one additional row of cells 3 for bending clamps 4 corresponding to it in cells arrangement. Carriage 5 is longitudinally movably mounted in rest casing 1 with rod 6, movable pusher 9 and detachable feed bin 7 having main and additional slots 8 for U-shaped metal clamps 4 corresponding to each other in arrangement pattern. The device has drive 10 of carriage 5 and sets pusher 9 in motion. Pusher 9 is sequentially engageable with main and additional slots 8 and has positioner 41 being movable wedge 42 connected to rest casing 1, mounted to be engageable with oblique slot made in pusher 9 and provided with fixing member 45 engageable with sockets 46 on pusher 9. The positioner also can be lever 48 with protrusion 55 hingedly connected to rod 6 and spring-loaded with return spring 49 and to springy flat end cantilever 54 engageable with the opposite sides with support member 50 fixed in casing 1 . Distance from operating end face of support member 50 to the opposite casing surface is greater than the positioning stroke of pusher 9 being spring-loaded and engagingly attached to protrusion 55 with its lateral surface.
