FIELD: medicinal industry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: active component of the preparation is chondroitin sulfates A and C salt. Preparation is prepared by chondroitin sulfate dissolving in distilled water, sterilization, pouring in ampoules and lyophilic drying. Casettes with ampoules were placed in sublimation chamber where chondroitin sulfate solution is frozed to -40-45 C at the rate 10-13 C/h for 5-6 h, kept at this temperature for 5-6 h and subjected for drying by sublimation method by ampoules heating at the rate 5-6 C/h for 13-16 h to 34-36 C and kept at this temperature for 7-10 h. Preparation does not contain preserving agent and retains properties for at least 3 years. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, enhanced quality. 1 tbl
