MINIMUM-FLOW INHALATION ANESTHESIA APPARATUS Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2219964 C2

FIELD: medical equipment, applicable in anesthesiology and resuscitation departments of medical institutions. SUBSTANCE: the apparatus a pulmonary apparatus for oxygen, lungs mechanical ventilation apparatus, the first, second, third and fourth sensors of mixture composition, adsorber, rubber bag, xenon collectors featured by the fact that it uses a three-inlet mixer, the first and second limbs, step-servo motor, control and display panel, gas analyzer, flow switch with a manual reset button with the following connections: the outlet of each automatic pulmonary apparatus and air are connected to the inlet of the three-inlet mixer, whose outlet is connected through the first limb by hoses to the lungs mechanical ventilation apparatus and to the second limb of the rubber bag, the outlet/inlet of the lungs mechanical ventilation apparatus through the mouth-nose mask is connected to the patient, and the outlet of the lungs mechanical ventilation apparatus through the adsorber is connected to the gas analyzer, and through the flow switch - to the first zenon collector, whose outlet is also connected to the gas analyzer and to the second xenon collector, the outlet of the rubber bag through the second limb is connected to the second inlet of the flow switch. The latter is parallel-connected to the manual reset button, the output of the control and display panel via the step-servo motor is connected to the shutter of the three- inlet mixer. The output of the gas analyzer and the first sensor of mixture composition are connected to the first and second information inputs of the control and display panel. EFFECT: economical use of expensive gas components for the anesthesia. 1 dwg
