SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises laser radiation source consisting of electronic laser beam device (quantoscope) provided with optical system, units for power supply of electrodes, units for electron beam focusing and deflection. Apparatus also comprises diagnostic-and-metering assembly including high-luminance quantoscope provided with its own optical system, units for power supply of electrodes, units for electron beam focusing and deflection, photodetecting optical system, monochromators, photodetector, amplifier, analog-digital converter, matrix memory unit, code comparator and binary counter. Outputs of matrix memory digits are connected to first outputs of code comparator digits, second digit inputs of which are connected to digit outputs of binary counter whose synchronization input is connected to synchronizing pulse generating output of laser beam deflection unit. Output of code comparator is connected to input of video amplifier of quantoscope. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
