PROTECTIVE SUIT Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: protection of individual during rescue and repair jobs in atmosphere unfavorable for breathing and under the action of conditions of liquid corrosive substances. SUBSTANCE: protective suit has overalls, helmet, boots, mittens. Opening is defined by curved line with constant curvature radius. Curved line is extending from side portion of helmet at one side of suit through front part to side part of suit at the level of belt at opposite side of suit. Zipper fastener and bent collet with readily separable fastener are attached along perimeter of opening, which is additionally closed with flap provided with retainers. EFFECT: increased efficiency in protecting from unfavorable conditions, enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg
