FIELD: tire and rubber industries. SUBSTANCE: e-caprolactam- blocked toluilenediisocyanate (mixture of 2,4- and 2,6-isomers in ratio 80:20 to 65: 35) is granulated by sprinkling melt of product with melting temperature 140-150 C and 1-2 wt.-% of free e- caprolactam into water with temperature not higher than 30 C followed by filtration and drying of granules with air at 30-35 C. EFFECT: optimized parameters of process.
