FIELD: water craft; wave-powered vehicles; floating platforms raised on struts above water surface. SUBSTANCE: platform rests by its L-shaped struts against elongated floats. Horizontal lever articulated with end of float is also articulated with end of horizontal section of strut. Unbalance tiltable hydrofoil with angle-of-attack forming mechanism is mounted on end of this lever. In swell, motions of platform are insignificant while floats suffer heavy motions. Oscillations of float are transmitted to shaft of hydrofoil by means of lever whose amplitude exceeds considerably amplitude of float motions, thus increasing the wave thrust. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 3 dwg
