FIELD: aircraft manufacture; fuelling equipment. SUBSTANCE: cover contains cover proper with bearing flange provided with sealing device and hold-down mounted coaxially; hold-down is provided with shoulders of locking mechanism and is telescopically mounted on outer cylindrical surface of cover where second sealing device is fitted in circular bore. Both cover and hold-down are mutually loaded with spring located between them. End wall of cover is provided with row of holes which are brought in communication with chamber formed between cover and hold-down which performs function of relief chamber.
