FIELD: aircraft manufacture refuelling technique; draining condensate and remaining fuel in course of operation. SUBSTANCE: device includes housing mounted on fuel tank through seal flush with skin of flying vehicle. Housing has cover with drain hole in end portion which is closed by spring-loaded valve fitted in housing through seal. Device is additionally provided with second spring-loaded valve made from dielectric material and coaxially located above first valve at minimum clearance. Its working edge is engageable with inner surface of end portion of housing. It is fitted through thread and is provided with its own sealing device. First valve has taper surface on which sealing device of valve is mounted which is engageable with taper surface of seat; support is made in form of cup with holes in lateral surface and is mounted on valve body by means of locking nut screwed on thread of housing cover.
