FIELD: building materials production. SUBSTANCE: concrete mixture comprises mas. %: cement, 10-16; 0.005-0.048 glycerine additive, 0.005-0.048, and water. Crushed stone and sand are used as mentioned above filler, their quantities are 38-62 and 25-40 mas.%, respectively. Mixture additionally comprises special additive which represents solution of waste coke gas being affected by wet purification, quantity of solution is 0.05-0.25 mass %. Solution comprises, mas.%: sodium thiosulfate, 8.3-12.0; sodium radon, 16.0-20.0; arsenic compound (as calculated for AsO), 0.002-0.02; and water, 72.0-75.7. EFFECT: improved quality. 1 tbl
