FIELD: manufacture of nonwoven fibrous flexible plates having textured outer surface. SUBSTANCE: method of manufacture of the offered plate consists of the following stages: preparation of fiber stitch-bonded panel consisting of interconnected of the first fibers and second thermoplastic fibers, needle puncturing of the panel to obtain textured outside surface, and passage of fluid substance at the temperature sufficient for melting of, at least, one part of the second thermoplastic fibers through panel in direction from the outside of textured surface to obtain many welded joints of melted second thermoplastic fibers. After this operation, the textured outside surface is, essentially, free of the second thermoplastic fibers. Nonwoven fibrous plate is produced by the offered method.
