FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: high-voltage electrode 3 is installed on reinforced concrete item 2 placed in process chamber 1. High-voltage impulse is applied to the item. Concrete deteriorates under the effect of this impulse, and the reinforcing bars come bare. Concrete lumps fall into discharge unit 4 are carried out of the process chamber, and enter after-crushing chamber 5, where are crushed by electric pulses on the classifier- electrode 6. Crushed out concrete comes sizing screen 8 through discharge unit 7, where it is screened and then comes to fillers storage 9. Waste water from the process chamber 1 and after-crushing chamber 5, as well as crushed concrete of the required sizes from fillers storage 9 come concrete mixer 10, where concrete mixture is prepared to be reloaded into mold 11 to prepare reinforced concrete items. Reinforcing bars removed from the substandard items is placed into the mold. EFFECT: reuse of concrete items. 4 cl, 2 dwg
